Shalini Muralidhar is a clinical laboratory director, technical supervisor and proactive scientist with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector. With core competencies in molecular biology, immunology, genetics and cancer biology, Shalini’s extensive medical expertise is one to be admired. She started her health career in 1998 at the Gulbarga University (India) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science in Microbiology. In 2003 and 2010 respectively, Shalini bagged an MS and PhD degree in Molecular and Cell Biology.

Currently the laboratory director of reputable healthcare companies like Advanta Analytical laboratories, Shalini possesses a flexible repertoire of technical and leadership skills. She is a worthy member of the following associations: American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB), American Association of Bioanalysis (AAB), College of American Pathology (CAP), American Molecular Pathology (AMP), American Heart Association (AHA), and American Society of Hematology (ASH). Not only does Shalini have some college-teaching experience under her belt, she also owns a sales management training certification from The Brooks Group (PA).

Shalini’s research findings are featured in many publications. In fact, she is the worthy recipient of multiple research grants such as the miRagen Therapeutics Research Training Grant. Not only that, Shalini’s work has received global recognition by numerous reputable associations. In addition to the aforementioned grant, she received the NHLBI Cardiovascular Training Grant (T32 grant) and the American Heart Association (AHA) postdoctoral grant award. Shalini is a registered laboratory director in the States of Nevada and New York; and owns a Genetic Nutritional Analysis Certificate from the NutriGenetic Research Institute.
